Brian Ballenger - Contemporary Artist
Brian Ballenger started painting with oils while attending Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, in the 1980s. After graduating from Wittenberg with a Bachelor's degree in art and psychology, Brian earned a Master's degree in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA.
Brian's paintings have been in the 2021 and 2018 National Midyear Exhibitions at The Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown, OH, and the 2022, 2019 and 2018 Fine Arts Exhibitions at the Ohio State Fair, Columbus, OH, as well as the Toledo Area Artists Exhibition in 1985 at The Toledo Museum of Art, Toledo, Ohio, and the 2022 and 2021 Annual Juried Members' Exhibitions at the Springfield Museum of Art, Springfield, OH.
